4/28/24. I was taught how to replace my cranks and pedals today and how to apply a new chain. It is lots of nuts and bolts and precise measuring. With the correct size tools, I feel confident in working on my own bikes now! I am pleased with the collective and their volunteer's positivity.

Brought my bike in because it was shifting poorly - the volunteer helped me troubleshoot, found super cheap used parts for me to basically rehab my entire bike, and I left with my bike as good as new. Very positive environment.

Prices are very reasonable and so far the volunteers I've met are very friendly. So far all the bikes I've seen are under $200. They really need to sell some of these so please come buy a bike. Hey help out and you can even earn some credit towards the bike.

Went in to get some adjustments made on my bike. Sarah was super helpful. She explained the how to of the process and worked with me to make sure it was done properly. Even when we had some hiccups and something "wasn't quite right" she helped trouble shoot and we were able to get in it perfect working order. The folks here are super awesome and ready to help! Thanks so much for a great experience.
