At A&M, Charlie and his team can help you create exactly what you imagined for your Jewelry. We gave them two pieces that were of sentimental value and with those they made the exact ring I had envisioned! I stopped by to ask about a ring whose prong was loose around the gem. Charlie took a look at it and fixed it right on the spot. Charlie also cleaned and polished it up. My ring looks as new as the day I first received it! Thank you Google for allowing for reviews! 5 stars!

Charlie is professional and provides perfect work. Honest, personable, and knowledgeable. Charlie has such a vast knowledge about jewelry, stones, configurations for customized jewelry, and other businesses that can assist in completing ones jewelry appraisals. This is the only place I’ll ever go.

My husband and I both needed work on our wedding rings. He resized my husbands band within minutes. With my ring, my Diamond was loose, and he told me it would be about 4-5 days to do the repair. To my surprise, he called and had it ready the next morning. His work is unbelievable and he was very kind and answered all questions we had. Highly recommend him him for all your jewelry repair needs.

I am so happy with the results i got from going here! I think it is really important to support local people and businesses in our community. Charlie was able to fit me in in 1 days notice! I needed my ring sized and i called around anchorage and everyone told me it would be a minimum of 2 weeks because it gets sent out of Alaska! I did some more googling and I found A&M Custom jewelers. Anyways, i went over and he was able to size my ring and let me watch the process too! Even went the extra mile to shine my ring and make it sparkle like NEW! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!
