We had a fantastic driver - Jeffrey - that was easy to talk with and knowledgeable about the area. Beautiful, clean car. And Jeffrey even found a couple of important items that we accidentally left behind in that car and promptly returned them to us. Excellent service all the way around.

What can i say about BAC Limo and Transport Services, other than the best service we have ever received, from literally picking us up at the airplane door and escort us to the limo waiting for us on the tarmac of the Ak international airport, nobody at any airport in the US does that. We traveled to AK to get married and they made it so much more special for us with all of our travels during our stay. I will highly recommend to anyone who travels to AK, thank you Charlie and the wonderful team that made our stay so much more special. The Medinas.

BAC transportation went above and beyond for us and we’re so grateful! First, they took us from the airport to resort, then a couple days later from the resort to the cruise ship terminal. My sister arrived in anchorage the same day we were going from Girdwood to Whittier so she had her own transportation planned. When that fell through for her, I called BAC to see if they could help and the driver turned around to go back and get her from the airport to then continue the journey with us! So grateful to them for helping us out when it wasn’t part of the original plan.

Alaska Airlines contracted this business to deliver my missing/delayed luggage. BAC advised in advance via text they were on the way and arrived less than 25 minutes later after receiving the text. I love how BAC keep the customer informed and up to date via text. Great customer service. Dr. H

They delivered my bag from Alaska Air that didn’t make it on my plane (had a 15 minute layover, no one’s fault). The driver called and let me know they were here and the bag was delivered safely and kindly. Great service!
