C & J‘s entire staff has been taking care of our restaurant for years. Supplying quality product and excellent customer service that many folks in Anchorage unknowingly benefit from. Truly wonderful people who have never let us down. Truly a top notch company, and I couldn’t recommend a better supplier or purveyor of meats in the city.

These guys are amazing! High quality bags, great customer service, and fair prices. We are used to packaging in Seward where the processors are accustomed to high fish demands. C&J Tender Meats was just as good but in Anchorage where we live now. We will bring our dip net fish here every year for vacuum sealing.

Best place ever!!!! I cannot believe I'm only getting to know them now, nicest staff with the kindest people. They have helped me with my packaging so quickly and apparently they sell all kinds of exotic meats!!! I got a few for a great price. Thank you again, it's been a pleasure!

The folks at C&J were so kind to me! I was traveling for work, and wanted to pack a box of meats to send home to NY. I had been gifted some local game from a friend, and rounded out the package with some elk from C&J. After a couple separate purchases, I had everything I wanted, but now had concerns that the box wasn't sealing properly for its long trip home. The owners kindly offered to help me package everything. They taped and banded the box for better shipping too! The hospitality the owners showed a complete stranger was seriously too kind. They even gave me a little gift too! I fully recommend this business for any meat and seafood needs you have in Anchorage.
