This place might be the worst drive through in anchorage. Terrible design, decaying building, and typically slow and poor service. Today I had decent service but damn they just serve anything without a care of quality at all. Heat lamp Mac and cheese that just be hours old. Instead of bothering to make a chicken sandwich they just throw tenders on instead. It’s a shame we don’t have chic fil a up here. It’s not even any cheaper than dining out anymore so I don’t understand why I still fall victim to this place occasionally.

Gave it go craving chicken through delivery service. Was charged extra for desired sauces and upgrade to mac and cheese side. Mac was a glob of cheese seperated from a pitiful scoop of noodles. None of my sauces were included with my strip meal. Disappointing and not worth another shot. I blame myself for being lazy. I normally don't order food like this but thought I'd try. Thanks for the reminder Popeys.

For the first time in years I enjoyed my experience at Popeyes. The food was great, the atmosphere was lovely and the team was fantastic. I was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. The managers Mike and Jennifer down to the cooks and cashiers are doing an amazing job! Customer service was A+.

10/18- Mimi and her crew get a huge shout out for customer service! Mimi is one of the managers that works side by side her crew. Evita will greet you and go over the deals. Kaylee will box your food and give you napkins, ketchup and all you need to take out. This place is quick. I know it's fast food but the food is always hot and the fries are fresh! I ordered wings and they had sauce to cover all of them. I ordered chicken the next time and they were hot and fresh! This Popeyes takes pride in their service.

I have now been waiting over an hour for food. I was trapped in line for 30 minutes and have spent just as long if not longer waiting in the parking lot for my food to be brought out. (They asked me to park) Everyone before me and now after me has been served but I'm still waiting. There was a very nice lady who ended up providing a bag of substitute food to me so I did not have to keep waiting. I wish her the best and wish I had gotten her name.
