The entire process was pretty much hassle free. We had pre-booked the vehicle. I was great! And the drop-off at the airport at 4:00 AM was ideal! Great experience Enterprise! Thank you!

Julie at the front desk was very helpful in getting us our car right away. The car was great and Enterprise checked in a couple times during our trip to make sure everything was good. Drop off was seamless - there was even someone to greet us although it was 6am!

We were so impressed at the ease of getting a vehicle at midnight in Anchorage Alaska. Very polite. So easy to work with. The return was just as easy. The hardest part was finding the right hallway to get to the car rental spot.

I have a mixed review. When I got there, I had told the person at the desk that I reserved a standard and needed an intermediate for my company policy. They said it was gonna be no big deal. They’ll take care of it. They didn’t have any papers to give me like they normally do. They told me what vehicle I was going to look for and that’s it. I had to exchange the car and they gave me another car again no papers with the second car. I’m assuming they assigned me an intermediate like I told them to when I got to the counter when I return the car two weeks later, the receipt that they gave me was very light and barely legible. I didn’t think twice about it because enterprise usually takes care of me. We have a corporate account and it’s never been an issue. Since April 1. I’ve been trying to reach out to somebody to see if they can change the classifications. They don’t have to change the cost of it but I need them to change the classification. I’ve left three messages not one person has returned. My phone call is very frustrating because I sit on hold for about an hour to be told. I have the wrong location and then they transferring someplace else to a voicemail, it should be a simple fix, but nobody is giving me a call back, and my company thing is out of classification. I don’t know if them not handing any documents as a new thing to save a few dollars. But I assumed when I told them I needed an intermediate and not the standard one that I reserved. That they would’ve given me an intermediate car again no paper for me to check, so I just assume everything was good to go. is the worst part of the review. The people are very nice. The car was very clean outside of giving us our car key and our car key. They can use a little bit more work on Customer Service. I know they’re very busy and things slipped through the cracks but if I can’t get them help me the cost is going to be mine.

Perfect customer service at this Enterprise branch. Picking up and returning the car was really easy and fast. And the manager Paul, gave us a wonderful attention when our flight to Fairbanks was delayed and we would no arrive at time to pick up our car there. Congratulation to the all team! Enterprise just won a new loyal client !
