Goodness gracious what I say here!! I have been going there since this was the only location, in oxford! But now we have two locations so I go to the one at exit 188 This location off of I20 exit 185 they never get the other right and also you will always have few missing items!! Just tonight I went there for a 46$ order and they missed 3 of my items so I got home feed the kids they were short, drove down there to pick up my missing items…..it’s like every time they do this not sure if this is something they do in purpose or mistake but every time you go there you have to drive back there to pick up something that was missing…..management needs to look in to this as a serious matter !!

If you haven't tried the new Cantina Chicken menu, your missing out. I had the burrito & quesadilla and it was amazing

This was the 3rd time I had to go back to get my order right . This time I ordered a chalupa without tomato or sourcream and got a chalupa with more sourcream than seasoned beef and had to drive 12 miles to get it fixed and was offered anything to make right just my food and even it was a mess and after driving so much just wanted to go home and eat wish there were more options for tacobell since this one seems to always get my orders wrong .

The one in Anniston is the most friendly compared to the other surrounding locations especially during the morning shifts. They always have the mobile orders correct and always upbeat. The food is always cooked perfectly and served warm as well.

Do not order delivery from this location. Something is always off and they neverrrrr include the sauce in the bag that you select on the app. Nobody likes getting Taco Bell with 0 sauce.

Taco Bell
