“This dealership will make you feel like family, not a customer.” This dealership absolutely did right by me. They were courteous, provided AMAZING customer service, and were a wealth of knowledge on the car I was interested in (and bought). I ABSOLUTELY recommend Doug Henry Ford, specifically Greg Dawson, who helped me with everything. I love my car, I love the dealership, and I LOVED their respect and patience. This dealership will make you feel like family, not a customer!! “Seamless experience!” In search of a new Audi, I had visited a several dealerships. Doug Henry Ford was by far the most attentive and helpful. More specifically, our sales manager, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Greg Dawson General Sales Manager went above and beyond for me. Not only did fulfill every request and answered every question I had. He did so without pressure or hesitation. Mr. Greg even had my car delivered to me from North Carolina to South Carolina. Ron and Raigan transported my car here from NC. Delivered straight to my front door with a smile. Some of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I feel very blessed to have had such a wonderful experience with Doug Henry Ford. Ash Elhafiane in financing also went out of his way to make sure all of my questions and all of my needs were answered correctly, and in a timely manner. Super impressed by every single person that I came in contact with at this establishment. This made my buying process a lot easier than expected. We would like to thank the whole team at Doug Henry Ford for a seamless experience. We will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family!!
