Avis was able to replace a defective vehicle I rented from Budget with no hassle. The car I rented from Budget had bald tires and 2 went flat. Avis was able to get me in to a newer model since the one I was in was not safe. Thank you Avis for helping me with a rental that was actually roadworthy. You guys deserve so much more than having Budget as a partner. Night and day. Will be renting from Avis again in the future. Never again from Budget.

These guys stole from me. I returned my vehicle thirty minutes early. They billed me a two hour late fee. They do not ever pick up their phone. Their corporate customer service is completely inept - you cannot reach anyone who can help you on the phone, and they give you the run around via email. I have photographic evidence with a date and location stamp showing this was returned on time, and I still am having difficulty getting this refunded. There is a word for this: fraud.

Used Avis as pricing was competitive or better than contenders. Car was upgraded from what I reserved at no extra price. Easy pick up and drop off. No haggle for extra fees or “add this to your rental” Will rent a car from Avis again.
