Went on a Thursday night and the place was pretty empty. Our server was new, but was trying to keep up with quite a few tables at the same time which resulted in slow service. She was great and was trying her best with the cards that were dealt. The food= Not good. Nobody in my party of 10 was satisfied and this is not what I've typically seen at a BWW. I ordered a salad and it was the saddest looking salad I've ever seen. The waitress agreed and was sympathetic. She offered to give me 2 more chicken strips, but when these came out, it was clear that the sauce was different than the strips/sauce on the salad. The kitchen sent out out some of the spiciest strips that they had and I don't believe that this was an accident. Bad food, but kudos to our waitress.

They didn't have the Stone IPA that is on their menu. Waitress was nice and smiley but I had to go get my own napkins, didn't have forks and plates with our appetizers even tho asked twice. A person in my party ordered the triple bacon burger, got only a double burger no bacon. The Caesar salad was not edible, it was all brown, had to ask for it to be taken off bill because was not eaten. Bartender didn't poor my second beer to give to waitress so just canceled it. Asked for cheese sauce to no availability. Women's bathroom was not cleaned. Poo all over one of the toilet seats, toilet paper everywhere. There was window cleaner on the counter so maybe they were going to clean it. I usually don't complain about anything but this was bad. I hope they can learn from these reviews and step it up. I'm from a small town, with a lot of restaurants where the owners and workers take pride in thier place. Is this how big city restaurants are?

Love the chicken wrap and wings that are not choked with batter. Lots of beers and a full bar. Walls are covered with TVs and the music was awesome. The bar area did allow smoking but there were only a few present.

Waitress was nice but after delivering orders, Never came to table again. We needed refills and dishes removed. Had to flag her down for check. Also, she brought the salad with the meal. Only 4 tables of diners and she was responsible for two and service was bad.

My family and I went all excited because we love Buffalo Wild Wings, however after getting our drinks and our appetizer we waited about a half hour to be delivered food that was cold. It was obvious that the food had been sitting there for a very long time without being delivered to the table. Long story short $100 bill for a very forgettable and and unenjoyable experience. The appetizer was the only enjoyable part of the meal and that was basic chips and queso. This has happened twice now. Done going to the place that used to be my favorite.
