The chicken nuggets tasted like they were probably old before they were reheated. If you're going to put fires in a holder that isn't even put together, (so when I pull out the 🍟s, they fall everywhere) just dump them in they bag. Giving cars their beverages, then making them pull forward in order to make ticket times look good is not the area you need to focus on.

I was so excited to see they had the bagel sandwiches. I really wish they were nationwide. One shouldn't have to travel across the United States to be able to enjoy these yummy sandwiches. Please tell Corporate we need them in Arizona.

Ordered online went to pick up order and gave confirmation at drive through as instructed and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about another chick answered got the code and I proceeded to the window ordering 4 extra ranches I get to the pick up window and was told I had to wait for my nuggets I waited 20 minutes and didn't get any of the ranches I paid for the fris were mushy and cold and so were the burgers! I went into the building to get my ranches and was ignored for 4 minutes before finally I got them When I got home I called and talked to the manager and she hung up on me. Terrible service and their app sucks I no longer will order on line at mcdonalds.

We visited moments ago, 5:00 on Tuesday July 9th. Food was fast and hot. But the manager was screaming at the employees the entire time we were in there. She was saying they were not allowed to use the restroom until 8pm, which is over three hours. I was highly uncomfortable the entire time my husband and I were in there, and she was screaming vulgar language while a small child was in the store, stormed out into the lobby and threw her headset on the table. Highly inappropriate behavior to treat employees and behave in public.

I can't understand how they get off charging what they do now. I didn't have time to bring in and get replaced. My Mc chicken had maybe 10 pieces if shredded lettuce and about a gallon of mayo. My mc double looked like they thrown it around. I understand it's just mcdonalds. But if your gonna charge that much maybe hire competent help or train them properly.
