My first time on greyhound I learned you guys are far from reliable. Not once but twice in one trip, 24 hours late, I finally ended up having someone else come and pick me up. Greayhound only cared about taking and keeping my money. NEVER take greyhound!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I’ve been waiting for almost a month for my refund, after they were the ones who messed up. I purchased a ticket for my sister, two days before the scheduled bus I received an email saying something was wrong with my trip and and to contact them. Once I was finally able to get someone in the phone they told me the email was a mistake, and everything was still on track. The day before I received another email stating the same thing, and called once again. AGAIN was told it was a mistake and nothing was wrong with my planned trip. The day of I contact my sister 2 hours after she was supposed to be on the way and she tells me she’s still sitting at the bus station and no one had any answer on where the bus was. I contacted them and they tell me the bus was canceled, and I was supposed to have been notified. After that it took me almost 2 WEEKS to get my refund approved, and my refund has been processing since Jan 4th. Will never recommend this company again.

My bus was over 3 hours late. It led to me missing my transfer in Kansas City. I had to sit in the bus station for over 10 hours and had to change my return ticket. Than I had to sit at Des Moines bus station for 20 hours. They told me I would get a refund for my return trip but when I called, a guy named Harold told me they don't have a number for refunds and I had to do it online. Worse bus experience ever. I've traveled with greyhound so many years and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Don't go through this yall. Seriously.

Rough area (like most of Waterloo); service wasn't bad though. Transit Center needs a remodel.

The amount of orders barked by the drivers you would think that they bought tickets for everybody. Took a trip I had five different drivers and only one of them was a nice person and that was just a facade because he turned in Satan instantly when the passenger stepped Over The Line
