Called driver he said he'd be at the airport to pick me up in 25 minutes. NEVER showed up or answered my call agian NOT COOL NOT AT ALL

Excellent customer service in Albany! They take me to work, are always on time. The drivers are super friendly and the cars are immaculate. GO CAPITAL CITY TAXI !!!!

Captain City cab company is very rude they were suppose to come get me for my doctors appointment never showed up and every time that I called to see if they were still coming to get me they ignored my calls or hung up on me. Thank you sincerely Jazmine Brink have a nice day.

I called them at 7:23 am....they said it would be 10, 15 mins...well...they still have not showed up and its over an hour. ? I did call to check up the taxi..they said soon..and it still no show. What this translated into...I lost a hundred dollars. My car was in the shop. I substitute at a local school...I lost a $100 pay day because of this. ?
