Tony was a wonderful customer service representative. I was lost and he stop what he was doing to walk me to what I was seeking. He was very polite. I get lost In stores finding the things I want. Id called him a angel ! . Thanks for such amazing staff. Keep up good work Waterloo Akron Giant eagle

Yesterday I was in your store and was rang out by Harrison. He was so polite, friendly and he properly bagged my groceries. He informed us about the survey when we were leaving & I wanted to make sure I complete that when I got home. However, upon entering the code from the bottom of my receipt, it wasn't accepting it & wouldn't let me proceed. Not sure what I was doing wrong and I wanted to be sure to give him his kudos!! Thank you so much Harrison!! Keep up the excellent work!

This is what happens when you go shopping at this store while Mexican. My poor dad and I had a terrible experience today at this store. He was looking for chicken livers that he could use for fishing. A lady worker followed him around the store the entire time and recorded him with her personal cell phone and took pictures of his vehicle. My dad was so scared. He asked two other employees where the chicken livers were? He couldn’t find chicken livers and just decided to buy two water bottles instead. He didn’t have a jacket on or a cart. There was no way he could have hidden anything if he was stealing- which he wasn’t. They told him that he looked suspicious. How is this suspicious? This is so sad. I feel like my dad was being discriminated against and was racially profiled. We have never ever had an experience like this before at any other Giant Eagle. And by the looks of these reviews this isn’t the first time something like this has happened to a POC at this location.

Best local grocery store around! Always getting new products in , also Always have the easiest perks program available.,you can use perks for discounts,such as, reduced gas prices and digital coupons! I would be extremely upset if I could no longer shop there for the best products. Their customer service is hands down the best in every way,fro returns to simple money orders...Giant Eagle is a one stop shop for your family!!!

Clean establishment offering many grocery items from fresh fruits, veggies, cold, frozen items, hot foods, seafoods, meats, cheeses, desserts and more! Floral dept. Liquor store, wines, beers and many other spirits to choose from! Friendly staff. Perishable and non perishable items. Lottery ticket sales and service. Good customer services. Hook yourself up with their membership card, it's free and you can start saving even more so! Highly recommend this location to others. My favorite Giant Eagle store in Akron. Happy shopping and Godspeed everyone!
