Waited at least 15 minutes for curbside service after the tracker notified me my order was ready and I had already checked in. They supposedly have a free pizza guarantee if you wait more than 2, but conveniently for them, the tracker kept resetting. Tried to call the store for support but was immediately put on hold. The guy who brought it out apologized for the long wait but couldn't give me any information about the 2 min check in. My child was sleeping in the car. If I'd known there was such an issue/ delay with the curbside service, I'd have chosen another restaurant. The food was fine, but it had obviously been sitting in the warming bag or under a heat lamp.

When you go to order carryout it says 15-20 minutes then I placed the order and it said 45-50 minutes. 5 minutes later it says my order is in the oven but still the estimated pick up time is 40-50 minutes. A pizza oven takes 5-10 minutes tops, this makes absolutely no sense and makes picking up a fresh pizza basically impossible. I tried this dominoes again and got the stuffed cheesy bread for my wife. It's supposed to be cut before to ensure the dough is cooked and after so you can pull it apart and eat it. It wasn't cut at all and my wife ate raw dough and threw up all night. Waiting to see if I will get a refund since the manager won't return my phone call from last night. **update, after emailing using the address given to me by the manager from the next morning I was contacted by Scout who was extremely apologetic, sincere and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He refunded my entire order and asked if I would use credits at one of their other locations. I currently have a couple medium pizzas with 2 sides for free at the south side Aiken location whenever I want to order again. Really can't recommend this north Aiken dominoes location, but Scout handled the situation so well I will use the Dominoe's 20 minutes away from my house as opposed to going to one of their closer competitors.

Completely unhinged employee screamed at us for parking our car. We had a trailer and we had to take up 2 spots in a lot that had several other spots to park at 9 pm. They weren’t even busy only worker delivery cars were there. She wanted to park by the door because she was lazy and pissed off she had to park in a further spot. She started screaming at us to leave but parked blocking us in so we had no where to go. Then she got out of her car and kept screaming until two other employees came out and told us it was fine to park there. Of course we didn’t want to eat food prepared by this crazy b/&/h. So we left. Requested they watch the video and they said they were unable for some reason. This woman needs to be fired. I can only imagine what she does to the food. We were verbally assaulted in the parking lot by an employee in uniform acting completely out of the scope of their job. We’re filing a police report and reporting this to corporate. I want that video dominos, I saw the cameras.

Food was ok but this place seriously needs a deep cleaning and some renovations. For that reason I won’t be back.

Had the 2 med 1 topping pizzas with garlic bites and cinnamon bites special. It was hot and very good! I ordered with the app from Bruce's field and they were just coming out of the oven when we got there.
