So over the management in this place never once been to this location and been greeted with a nice attitude. If you go through the drive thru or even inside be prepared to wait to get parts of your meal fresh and parts of it cold!! Oh and don’t make the mistake of thinking you can go to this establishment when they open to get food because they’re never ready in time and never have food ready by 10am and the excuse is normally the fryer is down! The chicken good tho 🤷🏻‍♀️

Place is super dirty on the inside, the men’s bathroom has no lock on the door. The service was terrible. The manager tried to tell me that they don’t have bone in chicken….. after arguing for 3 minutes I ended up getting tenders to avoid going crazy in the fast food facility. All of the employees act as if they don’t know up from down. My chicken tenders were either over cooked or freezer burnt they had the texture of rubber. Will not be coming back to this Popeyes. Also the manager has argued with multiple customers about the menu and getting their orders wrong before it was my turn to order. The people need to be reviewed.

Been eating here alot. I can pull my rig in the back easily as it's at a shopping center. The #3 is criminally underrated. Folks are always having a good time. Seems like a family in here. My only issues is a corporate issue, The #3 Blackened needs to be it's own number. The crispy and blackened are so entirely different that if your not from Louisiana and order blackened on accident, You will have a very rude awakening and NOT a tasty chicken sandwich but a slimey slim-jim in a bun. This mistake happened to me, Never heard of blackened, But I sure as hell know to stay away from New Orleans now...

The air conditioning is out, and it is hot as an oven as of today and yesterday, and on both days, the staff was rude and irritable. Had an issue with another "customer" that was dismissed and went unaddressed after having received the wrong order.

Great location. We was highly recommended to try food from this location. We saw mixed reviews but for our personal experience everything was fantastic. We went thru the drive thru and Xavier took our order. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the menu. He also took his time to make sure we ordered everything we needed and repeated our order back to us to make sure he had everything correct. Great Popeyes store. Keep up the great work everyone.
