We paid for our room then went in and it was so gross they hadn't even cleaned it at all the shower and toilet was so nasty. The smell was horrid because they put moth balls everywhere for the roaches. They denied us a refund. So we had to go and and roach killing sprays. It was 300$ for a week here with 1 pet. I will never ever return.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Paid for a room and there was nothing but roaches! Literally everywhere!! And to make matters worse when you tell management they don't care, they know they have bugs and won't do a thing about it nor will they refund you

Convenient location and great price and location. The owelner Bundy and his son are the most mindful and kind workers!! His wife is impatient and has an attitude and should not work front desk. I always respect someone with a positive attitude especially a greeter of any sort. I don't like that everyone is in people's business (residents) and most are over 45 in age. But good pricing if you're looking to stay a week or less.

Quiet compared to before but we were placed in a different location this time compared to last plus they accepted me being handicapped and put me downstairs in the newer part closer to the office much better this time. And they are considerate when it came to us not having the money because someone stole our money from my families house while we were out to eat. So we were going to be short and be on the street for 2 weeks until our next check but seeing our statements from the bank us being honest about it he allowed us to stay and we have to pay him extra money for allowing it we weren't on the street someone does care about how others are treated. As we would them if we wore that shoe. Thanks H & K in a time of need...
