Amery McDonald’s really did us dirty tonight. (5/9/24) Ordered the kids a quick dinner & my husband n I each a large coke through mobile app. Brought it all home and grabbed the drinks to bring in & noticed one wasn’t as cold to the touch like the other ...well that’s because they put a medium drink cup inside a large and charged for a large. Classy.

Showed up here on a Thursday evening with over 30 kids. The staff was great! Nice, polite and served us surprisingly quickly!

Out of all McDonald's locations i've ever been to, this is the worst one in the entire country. All of their food is clearly poisoned by their depressed-looking employees. Every single manager in the place is extremely rude and useless, and it's an overall dump of a site. If there is a petition to demolish this place, I would be the first one to sign it because no one would even care if McDonald's leaves. I would also add that the managers' level of strictness to their employees is usually way too much. for example, if an employee makes a simple mistake, like forgetting to add an ingredient to a sandwich, they're automatically fired on the spot. That shows you how horrible the environment is.

Waited at the drive through 7 minuets after open. Waited for 10 minuets and nobody responded. Then went inside just for the employees to walk in the back and have a completely irrelevant conversation and completely ignored me. Unbelievable service. If you want to get breakfast before work here I recommend finding somewhere else or call in late to work when they are comfortable serving you…

Was given ice cream 1st.I decided I would rather have slightly melted ice cream over cold fries. But fries were soggy😩 No napkins! And my side of tarter sauce was splattered all over🙄
