It is the only papa John’s around or I would go to another, I have always had to wait 10+ mins every time I order and I have gotten used to that so I plan ahead. However tonight was a complete disappointment, as I show up to get my pizza I am told per usual it will be another 3-6 mins no bid deal as I wait patiently as I always do watching people go in and out finally I am there for 20mins and I ask about my pizza to another gentleman. He walks over has a look and grabs my pizza off the hot plate that I have noticed has been sitting there since I walked in the door cause I have had to get into a habit of check cause things happen, but instead of the first rep checking she just told me it would be 3-6mins. So I ask for my refund cause I meant it has been sitting there for 20mins and so have I. Not only did anyone not apologize and try to fix the problem in anyway the shift led hand me $25 of my $25.08 total. Now I don’t care about the 8cent but to have your team make a mistake with no apology then to no properly refund them the correct amount is beyond disappointing in my opinion as always I walked away with out saying a word I know how hard the industry can be, but this is the worst handing of a situation I have ever been apart of.

They redid it. But this is truly unacceptable. It doesn't matter if yall are about to close or you just opened!! If someone is paying money for a product it should be hot, delicious and made correctly. I truly want my money back to be honest. The one they replaced it with was not good either. Eat at Domino's instead.

This place is trash. I figured I'd try something different, so I ordered from here instead of dominoes. I ordered an extra large supreme. My wife said it tasted funny and wouldn't eat it. I ate 2 peices. I put the rest in the refrigerator for my lunch at work the next day. I put it in the microwave and sat down to eat. The first piece was fine like the 2 I had the night before. The other three quarters of the pizza was basically raw. The outside of the crust was cooked. The inside of it and up to 3 inches away from the crust was raw. I bit into raw pizza dough. That's the last time I ever order from them. ZERO STARS. GO TO POPPAS PIZZA DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GARBAGE!!!
