We’ve stayed at this location before and each time the staff goes above and beyond for us! The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are nice and clean! The front desk was always super helpful when it came to asking about surrounding activities or anything we needed at the hotel. Great hotel!

Arrived at 5:45PM. Front desk was friendly and check in was quick. The cleanliness however was a whole different story. Bags of laundry sitting in the lobby. As we walked down the hall to our room there was trash and dirty rags on the floor. The cleaning cart and vacuum cleaner were sitting outside of our door. The smell was not pleasant. Although our room was tidy it is in desperate need of a thorough deep cleaning. This property was far below the standard one would expect from a Marriott property.

This is a hard one to rate. Was in town for consulting job and I am familiar with Springhill by Marriott. Front line staff were great. Everything changed when I arrived to my room. Marriott likes to have the TV on to greet you with your name (which I'm fine with). The volume was extremely loud as I can hear it clearly before entering the room. I thought it was just a one time deal. But no, everytime I turned the TV on, volume goes to level 20. The next issue I had was the HVAC unit. While it was on, there was one fan setting. Very high and very loud, 70dB loud. No amount of ear plugs could silence the fan noise. Because of the issues I had with the room, the room score is low. Staff and breakfast choices were good. This was my experience, hopefully yours will be better.

The sheets and pillows had blood on them in both rooms. And the toilet was nasty in one room. I think they need to have a meeting about the way the rooms are cleaned. Other than that everything else was good.

I cannot say enough about this hotel. From the management on down, everyone was very professional and has made my family's stay very comfortable. I highly recommend Springhill Suites, Marriott Ardmore to everyone. You will not be disappointed. It is by far the best place overall I have stayed in years.
