Never in my life have I received such horrible customer service. We booked online through booking.com and filtered it down to "pet-friendly hotels" and booked at the Hampton in Ardmore. Upon arriving we walked in with our dogs and were unloading when the phone rang asking if we had dogs. I informed them that we have dogs and they told me they are not pet friendly. I went down to the front desk and showed them where BOTH booking and google stated they are pet friendly, both websites had a paw print and stated "pet friendly". The front desk workers told me that means service animals only and I should have checked their direct website and that they would charge 100 per pet per night. We decided to drive home one hour away and were told by the front desk our money would be refunded by the manager. I called the hotel several times and was never able to contact the manager and he would not return my phone calls. The front desk employees told me I need to call when he is there, I left several messages foe him with no return. I also let the front desk know I had left my bathing suit in the room and they informed me it was gone (stolen after only 20minutes in the room). I finally called Hilton Customer Services and they opened a claim- the manager confirmed with them my refund would need to com through booking (this was note relayed to me). After not hearing back for almost a month and several hours later into this process I am finally told I would need to call booking for my refund. I call Booking. they call the manager who states - they are pet friendly and he would not issues me a refund due to using the room. The guest services told me they had never heard of the charges his employees were claiming I would be charged per night.

My room was great!! There was no one at the desk for me to request a receipt. I even yelled for help. Otherwise it was pretty great

I would prefer 0 stars. I made reservations for myself and several family members for my moms anniversary at a Hilton property because my family has always used this chain and have always been satisfied. We came a day early to get things situated for family and upon arrival the front desk clerk was very sick blowing her nose, coughing, touching my room keys and got an attitude when I asked her to sanitize them. Someone in my party has lupus so this was a concern for me. I voiced my concern with corporate who said they would have her removed from front desk before the following day so it would be safe for family to arrive. With everything going on we have to be cautious. After spending all day on the boat we arrive to find the same girl working front desk. At this point my family decided to make other arrangements. Some drove back to okc and some to texas at 10pm while others stayed at the courtyard by Marriott. I had prepaid my brothers room and since he and his wife (with lupus) did not stay I asked for a refund and was told no because he checked in already. I told them he never even came in the hotel and after being on the phone with corporate for an hour we found out that the front desk clerk checked me in his room and my room was still vacant. So this was an AWFUL experience and turned a family trip to a disaster. So after all of this I checked out and stayed my last night in ardmore at the Marriott.
