The front desk attendant was nice and accommodating. Very welcoming and friendly once I arrived. That withstanding, the morning breakfast staff was very rude and very less accommodating. The biscuits were hard as bricks, the gravy was runny, much to the consistency of milk and the eggs had water on them. Then he complained that I asked if the juice machine worked because I had nothing to wash the flavorless eggs down with. Saying breakfast is served at 6, while sitting down on his phone. Only to meander in the kitchen to fetch the keys to turn it on…..after 6 am. Perfect place to stay overnight but the breakfast and kitchen staff…..TRASH!!!

Clean rooms, good hot breakfast. The room was a little smaller than anticipated but the beds were comfortable and clean. The pool was ice cold though and the hot tub was shut down. Big downfall of the trip considering we had a 5 year old with us. Overall good stay near a lot of restaurants and stores in a good part of town.

This hotel is under renovation and that is a good thing. The staff is very friendly. Rooms need aired out. The hotel has an indoor pool, but we left before it opened, but some of the towels need to stay in the pool area. Breakfast was OK, had a good coffee machine with lots of options,

My husband and I got a King Suite with the Whirlpool bath. First of all, there was a funky smell when we arrived. Then later, when we turned on the jets in the whirlpool tub, the jets shot out brown stuff. 🤢 There appeared to be a fluorescent bulb out over a mirror in the bathroom sink area, so it had extremely poor lighting for my makeup application. Lastly, the remote to the TV didn't work, so no TV. Fail. I guess for a little over $100, you get what you pay for. 🤷‍♀️

I have stayed at many hotels and many times have left something behind! Never has a staff of a hotel gone out of their way to help like Angie and also the manager did for me! You both were amazing not only did you save me time you saved me money! Thank you again! The rooms were clean and comfortable! The location was safe and secure! But best of all was the staff Angle and her manager we need more people like them in this world!
