I usually like to give businesses the chance to fix issues before I post things but seeing as though nothing has become of it, I am going to go ahead and warn other customers. I rented a full size suv for a weekend trip. The employees at the desk were very nice and professional with things so that is why I give one star. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore and they were great. However, the vehicle was unacceptable. Upon entering the vehicle it didn’t appear clean(vacuumed, wiped, etc), I was kind of in a hurry to get on the road with four children so I wiped it down myself prior to the children getting into the vehicle. The vehicle drove terribly but that could be a variety of things such as I am just used to driving a different vehicle. So as I began breaking on the highway, BEER BOTTLES rolled from under the seat!!! This prompted me to search the vehicle at this point. The middle storage compartment had BLOOD in it!!!! Now I am sanitizing the whole vehicle!!!! I’m looking at the maintenance sticker and it looks as though it was completed or maybe forgot to chance update it. It was due for an oil change 2k miles ago. However, I did attempt to call customer service where I was placed with an individual who’s accent was so thick you could NOT understand, I hung up with frustration. Finally, when picking up speed with the vehicle, the steering wheel starts shaking when I hit 70. I am extremely frustrated at this point not to mention, I had a 6 month old and 5 year old in the car so it was just a mess. It could’ve been a little less stressful had enterprise give me what I paid for in addition to at least being more regretful of the product they are renting to people, this situation could’ve been way worse such as getting pulled over with beer bottles!!!!! . I could go on but check the cars and know that there’s a chance of this happening when renting from this location.

Kaitlin H. really made sure I was taken care of and got a rental that day! I was so grateful. I’d been without a car while mine was in the shop and couldn’t find inventory in Aiken. So, I went to the airport and she helped me out. That van upgrade was nice too! The laughs were a bonus! Everybody seems to vibe there. Thanks, girl! Go see Kaitlin H. when you grab your rental in the CSRA!

I was greeted at the desk in Augusta GA by Mita and Keisha. They were the most helpful, friendliest people! I had missed a connecting flight the prior evening so I was a bit stressed about getting my car late and they were reassuring and understanding. Highly recommend! They were fabulous and super friendly!

Shocking and unheard of experience. 1st) "ENTERPRISE WE PICK YOU UP" - FALSE On returning my rental was informed ,"pick up / drop off service NOT available at any Augusta, GA branch." This left me stranded in an unfamiliar location. Then rides share drivers failed to accept our request after 45min, forced to extend car rental. Afger 3 days we were offered a safe and reliable ride by staff at our hotel. I was told by Enterprise they would look into this and follow up with me. Still waiting for them to prove their integrity of business practice. I did visit a different location and after asking a few questions was notified that there is a $100-300 fee for returning vehicles at a different location than picked up. Even if that location is less than 15miles away. Needless to say . Not the same Enterprise rental service I've used for 8+ years. And am looking forward to exploring other vehicle rental options .

Simply love the Enterprise Car Rental location at Augusta Regional Airport. The staff is very courteous and so accommodating. They go that extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied. Extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend renting a car from here. Go check them out.
