My honest opinion, as soon as you walk through the door, you can smell a nasty carpet. The food and service were good.

Dom was our server, we got very good service. She's attentive and informative about the selections we made. Food was hot and tasty.

Usually don’t have issues at this location. Eating my food and found a piece of white plastic in between my chocolate chip pancakes Thank you KP for correcting the issue and contacting me!!

Me and my boyfriend came in around 9:30ish we ordered time we sat down waited for almost an hour for our food and it still came out cold. Not only that but they forgot our cinnamon delights we ordered with the meal as well. I ordered chicken and pancakes and my chicken came out overcooked and me and my boyfriend pancakes were cold. Our waitress was nice and I know it wasn’t her fault but there kitchen needs to do better and I had no type of compensation for my order.

I can’t count the times when we get to this location and are completely ignored. Just now, I counted no less than 4 booths and 2 tables completely empty, but staff just lets a crowd of us stand in the lobby without even greeting us or updating us on when they might get around to seating us. When I call out to a staff person, they always act like they’re doing the best they can and how dare I ask. Please GREET US and SEAT US ASAP. We’ll understand if it takes a few extra minutes for staff to take our order, but please do not ignore your customers in your lobby or you will experience a mass exodus like what happened just now.
