Excellent experience at the Waterfront location. While I had pre-exam testing, Sue pulled several frames I’d chosen online. Dr. Brett spent time understanding my work and vision needs. Sue helped me choose new frames for multi-focal lenses. I was finished in an hour. Sue is an experienced vision professional—friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend this location.

My appointment was quick, I was helped as soon as I arrived. I didn't have to wait at all. The doctor saw me right away as well and was helpful and explained everything to me. The lady who helped me with sales was also very nice and helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses. I would highly recommend Visionworks to anyone needing an eye doctor or a new pair of glasses or contacts!

From the opening tech (gorgeous I might add) who was professional and courteous to the doctor (pleasant, professional n thorough) to conversating with the payment with the tech at the end. We chatted about lawnmowers!

Based on two times’ experience, a small portion of the staff in this location doesn’t have enough knowledge to recommend frame and lenses so it is very hard to an inexperienced individual to get what is needed. On top of that, this place close at least 30 min early on Saturday, wasted us an hour. And the following week, one of the staff shirk the responsibility about early closure by questioning the validity of the customers’ proof’s. Unbelievably unreliable and indecent. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
