Worst experience ever! The heat did work, the windows kept falling down, the dance poles were rusted , and the driver kept having to pull the bus over to clear the windows because of the windshield wipers did not work well enough for him to see. The receptionist Kim was very rude and condescending and hung up me during my 4th call to complain. Horrible bus, horrible experience, horrible customer service!
