Place was very quiet compared to other places. The room was clean and had enough towels to get us through. Unclear about if kitchen stuff is available here, we brought our own and they had a toaster for us to use. There's ice trays in every extended stay, and no ice machine, it's a bit inconvenient when you're just showing up. The advertised breakfast doesn't exist and you should work on editing that for these platforms. The ladies at the desk were nice. I saw no bugs and had no weird smells, no dust either. Commute out of there is terrible though, if your a morning commuter, leave early! Traffic is nearly standing still by 620am, not the best part of town to stay if your going into Pittsburgh. They have a little walk through area in the grass and a bench to smoke or relax which is different. All in all it was a good experience.

What a s#@thole. Building should be torn down. Requested a non-smoking room to have it smell like smoke masked in scented spray so badly that my clothes reeked next day (had to stay the night due to exhaustion) no untesils, no coffee pot. Room was 1980s at best which is ashame because it could be a nice room. Carpets old, wall paint faded, door and trim antiquated. Desk closed 11pm to 7am. Checked out the next day to find another hotel. Don't stay here.

The room was so gross- toilet had pee on it, chewed and spit out seeds on the floor, dust on every surface, and it reeked of nicotine. The bed sheets were the only clean thing (I'm hoping). The TV didn't work either. Air conditioning was actually great though. The hallway floors had specks of trash and dirt and smelled like weed. We had to wait for another long-staying guest to grab an employee to check us in. We just needed a bed for the night and it did it's job, I guess. If we were staying longer than that we 100% would've left for another hotel.

STAY AWAY! I stayed over 2 weeks ago and will never stay at an Extended Stay America again after dealing with this location. Have been working with guest relations since with no resolution yet. I booked the room for the advertised kitchen and free breakfast. Systems were down and we were just given a room key with no other information. I had free cancellation until 6 pm and if I would have known there was no breakfast and broken appliances, I would have cancelled and gone somewhere else. When talking to guest relations, Jackie (location management) said we were told there was no breakfast and that we agreed when we did no such thing. When asking for money back due to false advertisement and lack of management, it was declined. To lie and disregard the customers concerns are despicable. I’ve yet to hear from the district manager but will never give Extended Stay America another opportunity if they choose to not take care of the guest.

The hotel was okay, it did the job! The room would have been great, but it was just pretty gross as far as cleanliness goes. We also found a random pocket knife under our bed lol
