Wow It's crazy in there
This review is for the Family Dollar in 340 Curry Hollow Rd, Pleasant Hills, PA 15236 The store manager has no sense of customer service. It's no wonder the store doesn't have many customers at the time we were there. She literally has no regard for family. First off, she yelled at my sister and mom when I was not there. After a while, when I was talking to them, she came out of nowhere and yelled at me for being loud. I was talking to my family members, and if I was at other stores, say Dollar tree, that conversation would be totally normal. Also, at the checkout, I asked the cashier about the customer service experience, and he said that this is how it she does. And while I was at this, she came from nowhere again to the checkout and asked me to leave. I was not yet finished checking out yet, and I asked her if she should I pay ? Dude, she was saying leave leave, but my mom and sister wanted to get the stuff. We were decent enough to buy the stuff. I would have left the items if it was just me. But while leaving, I did a thank you gesture to her. This kind of behavior is so inappropriate for any employee, let alone for a manager. The corporate should not keep this type of employees if they want to maintain their business. I'm happy to say that she made sure I would never return back ever. Sometimes, I let things slide, but this is beyond normal, and she made me and my family members feel vulnerable. This type of incident is such a loss to community in there.

Bad customer service very disrespectful. Now reading the reviews and I can see that the unprofessional black girl is actually the manager she is need to be fired because she doesn't have a customer service attitude. What manager speaks to customer any how.

Worts place ever. Would give zero stars and would never recommend. I recently got hired there had my first training day which was only 3 hours I couldn't even get out of training to start my first actuall shift before the black lady Tiffany kept trying to make me cover for her shifts so I agreed mind you my phones off I have no way of contacting them so I forgot to cover the mangers shift straight from only having one 3 hour training to cover for the managers is crazy let me get in first I had a paper scheduled with my name on it that showed my schedule and when I work from training So Tell me Why I go in for my first day and I'm not on the schedule and the other manager said I was fired for not showing up for that day they wanted me to cover I didn't work that day my So I tell the other manager it's my first day I ain't miss a day and she said but yeah you ain't cover for Tiffany then she said I don't work today but they'll figure it out So I come in the next day and Tiffany is there and she said you ain't cover for me and I told her my situation that my phones bin off and I have no way of contacting them then she says talk to Danielle another manager tomorrow Just making me go through loop holes while I'm trying my hardest just to work there So that brings us to today where I talked to Danielle and she said I no longer have a job and if I keep showing up she's gonna call the police Like what this how you treat new people just trying to work worst experience ever

Hours are open till 10pm.. was closed at 6. Not sure why they even bother keeping this place there.. nobody wants to be there and work. Close it and bring in Dollar General.
