I reserved a luxury car. Both the homestead location and Pleasant Hills locations are telling me they don't have luxury cars and that I would need to go to the airport to get one. If Enterprise brings you a car, why would I need to be inconvenienced with driving an hour and 15 minutes to the airport to get what I want from them? I'm waiting for corporate to call me back now. We'll see how this goes. By the way, I have been renting from them for several years. 5/28/24 I returned to this post because I wanted to make sure that I updated it. I Road past this rental car place the day before my reservation and noted a 2023 Audi in the parking lot. I went into the building to talk to the person inside about my rental reservation tomorrow and he was able to hold the car for my reservation the next day! So this reservation was made right. This was important to me.

Horrible service. Still waiting on our rental- and who knows what condition it’s in? Tell me- what is the point of scheduling a rental car over a week in advance if we have to wait over half an hour past the appointment time at the body shop? Definitely do not recommend using this service. Use something else if you can. The shop is less than a mile away- this is absurd. We would’ve been better off walking there.

Staff was efficient, professional and courteous. I rented a vehicle while my vehicle was in the body shop. They had a 2024 Ford Edge (loaded). I was able to leave the vehicle at 1 Stop Collision Care when I picked up my vehicle and arrangements were made to have Enterprise representatives pick it up.

Got my rental yesterday and Ashayla was amazing! She was so kind and helpful and answered all of my questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better & easier experience!

It starts at the top The mgr Billy is second to none.I met two to customer service reps One African American. Rep was s so friendly and competent I was so impressed ai could not believe it my return check in was done by another fantastic young guy What does a customer want ? Friendly,competent caring and quick I have written good and bad reviews of Enterprise over my 5 years Once BILLY arrived the culture changed The cars are clean and well prepped The cherry on top is the people I mentioned above
