Google needs to change their star review system for this place. The staff are would win a whopping -5 stars!!! We sat for over an hour after ordering without getting any food. Finally, waitress said she needed to take our order again after she had reassured us on NUMEROUS occasions that our food would be “right up” When we said no that this was ridiculous, the waitress blamed the other waitress for being new and “messing up the table numbers” When she saw we were still not happy, she asked if we wanted to talk to a manager. We said yes. She just stood at the table looking at us. She, then, told us there wasn’t a manager on the property. Are you kidding me? What was the point of asking us ? !? I told my partner let’s go, and that I will never set foot in there ever again! The waitress had the nerve to say “I am sorry but I am new, also. I don’t know what do you want me to do about it?” YOUR JOB sweetie! Is it so insane that I would think that she should have been the one who realized there was something wrong with our order? Mind you we are talking about the same person who took our order as well as all the tables who got there after us BUT got their food before us (in HER section.) Seriously a complete LACK of responsibility! Complete lack of service! Complete lack of respect ! My question is “what did she want US to do about it?” Put on an apron, take our own order, and take it back to the cook, and bring it back to our table for her? Shameful for an establishment!

Was here once before about a year ago, and had good wings. This time the experience seemed like a mixed bag. The waitress was great even though she seemed to be overwhelmed. The obvious drug dealer who was parked in the handicapped spot while doing quick deals in the bathroom while washed my hands was an immediate turn off. Owner get control of your bar.

For years, this bar has been a great destination for decent drink specials, WHOLE wings, and STEELERS football. The wings are very good and they have plenty of celery which is great. Staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is fun. They do not have draft beer, only complaint.

Larissa wouldn't take care of us at the bar had to chase down Chasity at every chance Larissa was who we opened tab with but would ignore us at the register. Wasted my time. Wouldn't come back when she's serving Too bad. Now she's taken the bartender who was serving me tips twice I hope they are going to the person serving me and not the girl ignoring me on her on phone

My husband and I love coming here. Love their daily specials on food/beer and love wing night. Food is always great. My only suggestion foe the owner would be to hire some help for the waitress on wing night. She was waiting on 12 tables tonight by herself, INSANE!!! She needs help!
