Very close to Dr.Phils new studio. Nice outdoor pool area, could have done without the dad and kid bringing remote controlled speed boats in the pool though. The room was nice and big. The bed was great, comfy, lots of nice pillows. Parking was easy, big lot. Customer service was good. Candy bars were over priced, recommend getting snacks at a nearby gas station.

We normally enjoy our visit but the lady who works the 2nd shift was terribly rude to my kids. They are 17 years old and she treated them like common criminals when they were trying to go swimming. There is no sign with hours of pool, and it was after 9 pm and she kept implying that she was "watching the cameras" anytime she saw them. I also overheard her being rude to other customers checking in. She will be the reason we don't stay there again.

I stayed here as a last minute resort and room was smelly. I booked a two day stay. I arrived after midnight and had to leave the next morning due to the catfishing and smelly room. Representative at the front desk said that they couldn’t refund me the second day and I took my loses but That afternoon my body started itching and I contacted dust bites which is very similar to bed bugs. I contacted the hotel and they forwarded me to management whom was very rude and indifferent about the whole situation. He told me In order to get a refund I would have to come in with a doctor’s note and he would refund me one night and not both. When I asked him if they would also cover the doctor’s visit for the diagnosis he said no. I don’t know where and why they would have someone with no compassion or consideration for their guest as management. I will never recommend this place, stay here again and will be sure to tell everyone of my experience. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else. I also threw the clothes I wore there in the trash. Room felt so unsanitary I spelt with my clothes on.

Good rooms good location feels safe. I had items in back of pickup bed that could have been stolen and were still there next morning. Room was clean. Wasn't my bed! But it was okay.

Lady that frequently works the front is always annoyed that she has to do her job. She talks to everyone like they're stupid. We've stayed here over a dozen times because it's conveniently located to our job site, but they still can't get their act together so we won't be back. Checking in is ALWAYS a nightmare.
