I ordered my meal online ,the app says show up at this time 6:45 and meal is ready for pick up. I get there 10 mins early to check in at register.food was not even made. I was told they are waiting 5 mins for black pepper chicken. 15 min later my food was finally get prepared. I won't be back to a place that can't honor what there product advises. Oh how can I forget the cook she threw under the bus saying he is new ,like it's my fault I didn't hire him nor do I pay him. Manager just sat in corner hiding behind her laptop.

I placed an online order at 7:30 PM to be picked up at 8:15 PM. I reached there at 8:22 PM and it was not ready. The person at the online order pickup cited the reason that they are serving the line that formed in the lobby. I understand you need to serve the people dining in, but then what's the point of having an online order scheduling if you have to wait 30 minutes past your promised pick up time. I finally got the food at 8:45 PM. Ok, doesn't end here, when they handed me the food I found only one box and I had ordered 2 big plates. I told them and they gave another box. No apologies, No feeling sorry from the staff for the delay or for messing up my order. If I hadn't checked and came back home I would have never got the other plate. Next, I came home and found both the plates had fried rice and I ordered one chowmein. Needless to say, the entrées were messed up as well. So, this is the quality of service you can expect at this location if you place an online order.

Honey walnut shrimp was the best part of the meal. The grilled chicken tasted decent but could have been more tender. When I got the bag, it was light as a feather. Overall, I received a sub par portion size with a side of mostly cabbage instead of chow mein. Also, there was no sauce in the bag. Do better!

Pretty sure I’m eating leftovers from the previous night. They just opened up and the food does not come across whatsoever as freshly made. Even the chow mein. Gross. Eating it since I paid 13 bucks for it, and I’m too far away to return it. All I can say good about this place is the employees were friendly.
