Great service! The workers are super friendly and hard working. Every time I would look around everyone was super busy doing something. The food was also very good! 10/10 highly recommended. I got the names of the gentleman working which were, Alex, Brandon, Luis, and Alexis very well mannered and were standing on business. Very professional in my opinion.

Stopped at this store and from the moment I walked in I liked the new store look. Then millineum new hires that do not know the menu. I ordered 1 fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich only. His reply we don't serve fish and chicken. My reply #6 is chicken & #10 is fish. I only know them by numbers. Fine then a #6 & #10 You want the combo? What part of I only want sandwiches are you not understanding? Anything else 2 strawberry shakes. We don't sell strawberry shakes. My reply!!! You do not know your menu,and you do not have my service.

Took more than 40 mins for our order to be made. Not the first time that has happened. In reference, we were the only people in the dining area, and there were only two cars in drivethru when I placed the order.

I usually come here for lunch, but since I was close, I stopped for breakfast. I ordered through the app, so I went to the drive thru to pick up ….keep that in mind. I waited 4 minutes before the I received the rude question, “May I help you?” After telling him my name, he rudely says, “WHO??!!” I yelled my name. Then he says, “WHO? I can’t hear you!!” I drove to the second window and told the lady my name again. She immediately gave me my coffee….mind you, I am the only one at the drive thru! I asked her if I could get creamer and sugar for my coffee, please? She rudely put creamer and sugar and stirrer in a small bag and gave it to me. She then tells me to pull “up there” (meaning forward)….I AM STILL THE ONLY ONE AT THE DRIVE THRU and there was no one inside the restaurant! 15 minutes later, she brings my food to me. Thats just the service…the food? Cold. The coffee? Cold! The only reason I’m giving 5 stars for Atmosphere is because it was a nice morning!

Wanted to give it a chance once again as I have always wanted for them to succeed but it is a lost case. I am surprised they are still in business. It is not the early 2000s anymore. I've experienced long waits, and on this particular location, it was well engineered indeed to lock you in on a wait line, as there is concrete all around. On today's visit, I lost patience with bad service and waiting and I was glad to brought my Jeep to out. Happily allowed well across the street at Whataburger
