Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We had to rent a vehicle when our car needed a new transmission, and we showed up towards the end of the day without calling, and they were very understanding and gracious about our dilemma. Sage is the person who had the misfortune of dealing with us. He was very accommodating,quick, and efficient. They had us back on the road in under thirty minutes (it was quite busy). We also had to call to extend the rental twice because the car wasn't ready. There was no hassle, just a quick conversation. First time JT helped us, and the second time, it was another great guy (whose name I missed). All in all, it was the best interaction that I have ever had renting a vehicle. They helped us out tremendously when we were in a bind and made the whole transaction quick and painless.

Fast, easy and reliable. My experience with Enterprise was fantastic. I received a 2024 Chrysler for an amazing price. They even allowed me to extend the days for cheap. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle for short or long term rentals.

Fantastic place. Love how driven and professional the folks are that work here. I personally witnessed them deal with some difficult customers and managed to end up with them happy and smiling. Good job guys. Shout out to Sage.

Had an 8am Reservation. Car not ready when I arrived at 8am. Waited until 8:15 while they cleaned it. Then half a mile away I realized the car only had half a tank? Went back and told them and they said return it the same way. Guess they don't care about the inconvenience it caused me.

The gentle men working inside were not rude but not very welcoming, but the guy working in the back that gets the cars ready for you was disgusting. He was extremely creepy. after waiting very long to get into our rental, he brought a rental car for my kids and me that had been smoked in heavily and gas tank was empty. Before it went to the back, the gentle men inside, he let me check the car out and it didn't smell at all it was fine. It was a long wait to get a car that made us all sick and I wish I would have never even gone to this location, but I was brought here. Very unpleasant experience because of that creep. Stay away from this location and go to the Fort Worth location off 11450 N Fwy. They are so sweet, happy, super kind, very professional and ready to help! Excellent staff at the Fort Worth location, like night and day
