My experience at Shell Shack was incredibly disappointing. The food was not just subpar; it was outright unacceptable. We ordered the MVP and crawfish, and to our dismay, they were served with visible mold on them. It's shocking that any restaurant could overlook such a basic hygiene issue. We were told the food is fresh and that we can continue eating it and be just fine. That we won't die if we tossed these piece aside and kept eating. Apart from the appalling food quality, the service was equally dreadful. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive throughout our meal. It took an eternity to get anyone's attention, and when we did, the response was dismissive at best. We were "lucky" to get $10 off of our meal. Overall, I would strongly advise against dining at Shell Shack. The combination of moldy food and abysmal service makes it clear that they have serious operational issues that need immediate attention.

The food was great! Service by Ciera was excellent! Got the "kitchen sink" at waitress' recommendation. Good call. Had the shrimp and snow crab. Garlic bread was awesome and the cheesecake was the best I've had!!

We loved it. The crawfish and shrimp with the Modelo spice are so good! Our server, Will, was awesome, and he took the time to explain the menu and bring us different sauces to try out... We will be back!

First time trying this restaurant through Uber eats, the fried shrimp platter ($19.99) was delicious! I took away some stars for the $3.99 price for hush puppies and only received 4 total, which was ridiculous. I know they inflate the price a bit, but that's a bit much. Otherwise, everything was like I ordered it!

This was our first time at Shell Shack. Our whole family enjoyed our experience. The food was great, hot and definitely was on the top tier of the venue they are in. It was a little pricey as we spent $150 after a tip. But this kind of food, experience and service was worth every dime. If you were looking for. A special family outing, I would definitely recommend this place. It was as good, local seafood, spot.
