The host was very polite and the wait or my food was less than 10 minutes. The plate was gorgeous but when I unwrapped my silverware I immediately noticed the knife wasn't clean. I got up and asked a lady behind the kitchen counter for a new knife and quietly remarked it was dirty and she didn't say a word to me and just handed me a new knife. It was a little off-putting considering I also work in the service industry. I'm aware she probably didn't run the wash herself or wrap up the silverware herself but if a customer came up to me and said what they received to eat/drink their food wasn't clean I would immediately apologize and get them a new one. Her blasé reaction almost gives me the impression dirty silverware isn't uncommon which I would hope is not the case. Regardless of the silverware the food was amazing and very fresh. This one slip-up won't stop me from coming back but it did dishearten me.

So glad that me and my husband gave this place a try! When we picked up the staff were so nice and food was ready when we got there. My half salad was still super filling and the chickpea pizza crust was a great alternative for my gluten free husband. We will be back:)

This location has gone downhill. Tried to give benefit of the doubt a few times… can’t seem to get their act together. Consistency is no longer a thing here. Burnt food, portions in bowls aren’t consistent. Missing items that are part of a meal. Charge to go fees but don’t even add utensils or napkins. Orders aren’t completed on time. The staff seem miserable and irritated. I chuckle when I see the tipping column online- tips are EARNED through excellent service. Other locations are awesome though 👏🏻 PS- don’t respond with a corny pathetic “ oh we’re sorry blah blah blah “.

This location is absolutely horrible. Every time I order food, it is either wrong or terribly made. The last pizza I ordered had little to no cheese and it looked like the box had been smashed in. Some places were just plain crust and whomever cut it must have been blind. I wrote a complaint via email and there has been no response for over two months. I will never go here again and will tell everyone to avoid it, too.

I had the shrimp BLT salad. My friend had the chicken Basil sandwich. They were both very good.
