GNC was having a 4th of July sale ( not the summer festival sale) but 4th of July sale of bo get one 50% and website showed the whole men’s pills part of the promo. The manager would not honor this sale. For not honoring the gnc promotion, is a bad PR and customer service. I went and ordered online and got the promo price that the store would not honor.

I am so impressed with the manager at GNC. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. She asks questions about my fitness goals and then truly listens. She leads me to the products that will help me get these results. I have been happy with the products and am seeing results. I will definitely continue to shop there and get advice from the manager.

I have an autopay subscription with GNC and buy from here frequently. I first went to this specific location on July 5. Purchased a few products. I had an allergic reaction to one so came to return it 7 days later when I finally had a break at work. Jeanette was the associate that helped me. She huffed and puffed from the moment I asked to do a return. She was furious and annoyed that I would do such a thing. I spend so much money here and could not believe the way I was treated. She even threw the product in the trash very roughly once I handed her the product. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and mistreated by anyone in customer service. I myself work retail and I know this is unacceptable. I will not be back to this location. Maybe she was just having a bad day but taking it out on customers is unacceptable. I’m literally sitting out in my car after leaving the location to gather myself. She was so rude. I pray she is not the manager.
