The staff were great. Friendly and courteous. Responded quickly to any situation that needed attention. My concerns are the people that live there on a permanent basis. This building has deck walkways. People were sleeping on them. One of my family members had a dirty blanket and the other complained about her room smelling bad, which we think was coming from the room next door. I would say the rooms need a better cleaning. But as I said staff addressed every issue with a smile and a plan to rectify the situation. My family said they would stay here again if the had too but I would not.

Probably the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed at...and I've stayed at quite a few because they are convenient, affordable and pet friendly. This is the only one I've ever felt unsafe / uncomfortable at from the second I pulled in. There were no less than 15 people lurking in each stairwell and homeless people fighting in the parking lot until after 10 pm. If I hadn't arrived already later into the evening, I probably would have left and found a different hotel. The room itself smelled like cigarettes and when I went to make coffee early this morning, there was a large hole on the bottom of the machine and water covered all of my things. The one redeeming quality was the girl Kiara who checked me in who was friendly and prompt. But this Motel 6 needs a serious overhaul.

A loud alarm went off twice and woke everybody up at 8:30 pm at night my first night there. Workers bang on the door loudly like they’re the police. When you don’t answer the door they bang for several minutes after. I was told by phone when I was making a complaint that they don’t have a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign anymore. The maintenance man tried to hand me towels and rags that were right next to the broom and trash on the cart. Lastly one of the housekeepers opened the door on me without my consent and the only thing that stopped her from entering was the safety latch. I was completely nude. Managers don’t try to reason with upset customers. They just snatch your money for poor service. I’ve already already made a complaint. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.

The bleakest motel I've ever stayed at! The place was dirty, antiquated and the door was difficult to get in as it looked like it was kicked in at one time. The WORST Motel 6 EVER! I could tell other people looked dooped too from online booking. But they did take dogs. I wanted to sleep in my car! Transients constantly walking around while on drugs. I was afraid!

Made a reservation online to pay once I got to the motel. I get there around 6pm, and am informed by the guy working the front desk my reservation was canceled. Upon asking why, he tells me the manager tried running my card prior to my arrival. When it declined (I was paying with cash), the manager canceled my reservation. Why have the option to pay at location, if you are going to try charging me prior to me arriving? Not only was that an issue, the front desk told me the only rooms available now had no A/C. If there was a way of giving no stars, this place deserves it. None of the staff tried calling me to try to get payment early, nor did I get any email letting me know my reservation had been canceled.
