Not sure why this place has negative reviews. We've stayed here twice with no issues. It's well kept, dog friendly, family friendly (pool), and they have free breakfast in the am. You get what you pay for, as with anyplace, but we never had a bad experience here. We've only come down from Denver for a night or two stays, so of course we don't expect luxury for the price, as no one should.

The staff was great. However… That’s just about the only good thing about this place. I wish I had noticed the black mold in the bathroom before I slept in this room. With no fan in the bathroom, I guess that’s to be expected. There were drywall repairs without paint in the bathroom. Some strange red substance was splattered on the ceiling. The breakfast was decent, but not very many options for my vegetarian son. The views were good, I guess.

I would say the hotel is not exactly what pictured in the photos. The pictures makes it look way nicer then actually is which is the point. I get it. For the 3 nights I was there it was actually good stay. No loud noises, no one hanging around outside which was nice. The employees was nice . The housekeeper look at you like you had 3 heads but everyone else was pretty nice. I would say the only thing keeping this place from 4 star was the building it self. The hall way’s smells like dirty feet . The rooms could use some deep cleaning. If you looking for room to sleep I would recommend .

I always stay here and every time the staff have been amazing. Unfortunately this current stay I was not pleased. Turned my entire view of this place. Spaghetti sauce all over the entrance in the back, no smoke detector in my room and when it came to breakfast a child had sneezed all over the food snot in his hand touched all over the food and counters when I let the lady know at the front desk I received no concern and attitude. I come here too much and spend too much to be treated badly. Not sure if it is worth giving them another chance.

pics are definitely better than reality, stayed for 4 night the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful , however in my stay housekeeping never came , had to get fresh towels myself daily and no one came and got the dirty ones . the room when arriving was clean beads are comfortable location was what l needed for the expo l was here to attend . the motel was busy but quiet at night which l did appreciate, breakfast was ok very typical l just passed on it and went to Panera or Starbucks .
