Delicious best bagels ever. Edit. Came here for second time they messed my order up and they happily fixed it. Very good customer service 👏

I just paid $10 for one sandwich. And they have the nerve to prompt a tip..... I'll enjoy this one sandwich but I will never return...... Seems like a money hungry company. I have neverrrrr in my life paid $10 just for a sandwich nothing else. I'm so upset, I don't Evan want my food. You want your workers tipped. Maybe lower the prices to what the sandwich is actually worth. After a 10 minute wait. I get my food. Has way to much sauce on it. Something is spicy, it just fell apart soon as I tried biting it. Oh and no napkins, nothing in the bag. So I pre tipped for something tht was horribly made, no napkins and not worth it to begin with. Horrible! On the occasions that I’ve gone to this Einsteins, they’ve gotten my order wrong more times than right. I always ask for a 2-egg, chorizo sunrise with NO avocado and NO cheddar because those are my personal preferences. Yet, both are added. It’s never busy when I go. There’s usually one or two people inside and at the drive thru. So I’m not sure HOW this oversight happens. I know I’m not the only customer who would appreciate a little more attention to detail. Thanks.

I have never known such a low life for a GM she takes caterings out from under people assigned to them just because it’s a huge order and tip… I hope no one gives you any more of their catering orders!!!

Super awesome bagels and people behind the counter!! Highly recommended. Super fast service!! And very helpful in making a decision. I recommend getting the app and getting a free bagel with many selections to choose from for the bagel and cream cheese. What was amazing was beyond the top service in giving me the bagel even before I had finished paying, giving me time to get the app. They have loyalty and trust given to me even while I just was waiting for my phone to download. Thank you! Bless this place!!
