I’ve had a unit here for almost 4 years. This is hands down one of the best storage facilities in Colorado Springs. The people that work here are very friendly and professional. Very good experience.

Service was fairly normal for U-Haul. Go in, get a key and leave without too much fuss. Employee called me the next day accusing me purposely of keeping a couple of the U-Haul blankets because "you think you won't be charged because other people haven't charged you before". In fairness, I did have a couple blankets I had missed under some furniture while moving and there's nothing wrong with calling to get me to return them. I consider it very unprofessional to call and accuse a stranger of something though. Especially from the POV of a business. I ended up eating the cost of the blankets to avoid having to go in and be insulted further and I'll definitely choose another U-Haul in the future.

I called in to reserve a Uhaul and had an outstanding customer service experience. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me out but if I could give 6 stars I would. The call was on 04/30/23 at 3PM; give that man a raise!

I would like to thank John for his kindness and professionalism, which he extended to me during my U-Haul rental pick-up today. At the time of my pickup, the location had rented out all appliance dollies. I was hesitant on switching to a smaller dolly but thankfully, I didn't have to settle. John took the initiative and located & reserved what I needed with a partner store. Even though I had to make an extra trip, I felt that option was much better than my previous choice. I appreciate him taking the extra steps to help!

Rented a U-Haul trailer through them and their customer service is top notch. We weren't sure how long we would need the trailer and they were so flexible and accommodating for us. Really appreciated their personal touch and care throughout the transaction. I'd rent from them again in a heartbeat. The location is very convenient as is picking up & returning the rental.
