All of the staff was polite and knowledgeable. The room was clean. The pool was open until late (11pm). Which was a relief as I didn't get to the hotel until after 10pm. It was relaxing to be in the hot tub after the long 5 hour drive. The breakfast area had lots of options and was well tended to by the staff.

Our room doesn't look like its been cleaned in awhile. Dust on everything, black/pink mold in the shower, TV didn't work(wasn't even connected, tried to get it to work but after 10mins I quit), floor was damp. I've never had an issue with AmericInn till today.

I love the hot tub here. The room is clean. Location is great especially don't want todrive after being on the road.close to Hyvee, Applebee's, a coffee place,and a gas station. Free breakfast average. Customer service is superb.

Room was relatively comfortable but you really need to teach the cleaning crew how to actually clean the in room hot tub. Look under the downspout…. Nasty!

Great place. Clean rooms. Cheap budget. For the price this hotel is awesome! Service is great. Location is great too because it has many places to come and go. Perfect hotel for a night or two.
