I want to give them a zero but that is not possible. They no longer have dine in which is totally fine but that should mean that the drive thru is faster but unfortunately it does not. My family ordered a good amount of food but not ridiculous and they were incredibly slow. They told us to pull ahead and park which is fine but then after ten minutes we went and walked back to the window because you can’t go inside to check on our order and they said they were working on it. Finally after ten more minutes our food came out. We only ordered two chicken strip baskets, a cheeseburger, and a sundae. No reason for this to take twenty minutes.

So I usually don’t leave reviews. The service here hasn’t been good for years. Today I ordered a banana shake. I looked in the window, and the employee was cutting the banana up, and put it in the shake. She wasn’t wearing gloves. I noticed none of the employees were wearing gloves. She also had long bangs hanging down that might easily get into the food…. Do better DQ.

Told them I wanted a Twist cone got to the window and was handed a cookie dough blizzard. The girl said they were out of chocolate ice cream… okay then why didn’t you say that when I ordered or ask me if there was something else I’d want? They had already swiped my card before I had a chance to realize what they did. Too top it off the blizzard was more cookie dough than it was ice cream..

The experience was horrible. The worst customer service ever. Employee named Ann was rude, forgot parts of our orders, and when we come to ask for what we paid for she just says "I know." We were pretty much the only customers in the store and we waited for 40 minutes for ice cream. And after waiting for 2 large fries I asked about it after 20 minutes and they hadn't dropped them yet. Employee Ann was deleting orders so orders were lost for her time to be better. My sister got her ice cream from her order and then had to ask for her burger that they had completely forgotten to even make. The two male workers were very nice and respectful! Also the ice cream cones looked like poop and we falling over. One of our blizzards were made completely wrong. The restaurant was very dirty. I won't be going back there EVER.

Started with a drive thru speaker which you can't hear. Next, most of the menu items were unavailable. The ice creams came out fast, but waited 15 minutes at the window for food. The chicken tenders were not normal DQ fare, and were discusting (the texture of chicken nuggets and not much larger). The cheeseburger had been under heat lamps for hours or days (visit was at noon) and had no condiments at all, just dry dry dry. My child's kids meal burger had only mustard on it so she wouldn't eat it. Absolutely terrible place. Avoid at all costs.
