Movie experience was great. Comfortable chairs, even though they're not recliners :(, sound was great, picture was clear. Only complaint was how slow the concessions were - arrived 15 minutes early and still missed the first trailer due to how long we were in line to spend $23 on two small drinks and a small popcorn, but that's the norm these days so I don't hold the ridiculous concession prices against them, I just wish they'd had more than one person working on opening weekend of the highest grossing film of 2024 (Inside Out 2).

Waited in line for 30 minutes at the concessions. There were about 5 customers ahead of me. They ran out of almost everything and then the cashier decided to take a walk up in front of me right before it was my turn. No apology and no consideration for my time. This was the worst customer service I’ve had in a while. The workers didn’t care at all. And then the seat don't even recline. I’ll never be back.

Horrible experience!! I should’ve read reviews before going to this theater. The seats were dirty and nasty. It looked dirty everywhere. No air circulation in the theater. It was very hot watching a movie. I won’t be back!

Took my son to watch the Paws of Fury, last weekend. It was a nice experience. I was nervous because of the negative reviews I'd read, but our experience was very positive. The staff were courteous, the snacks were okay. It wasn't crowded at the time we went. Clean environment from the lobby to the auditorium. The sound was great too. Though, advertisements took about 45 minutes before the movie started (longest I've ever experienced). And if you purchase the tickets online, you get about 20-30% discount depending on the movie and time.

If you're not Black, I wouldn't recommend going here. You'll likely be met with attitude and disrespect, particularly from the staff member with the hard, crunchy, lifting ginger wig. My friends are Korean and there is a language barrier, yet she spoke to them in an extremely condescending tone, making them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and disheartening, especially in a place that's supposed to be welcoming and inclusive. If you value respectful and courteous service, I would recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of other establishments that treat all their customers with the dignity and respect they deserve, regardless of their race or language proficiency. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
