This was the worst stay ever and I demand a refund. I have pictures and videos of the amount of roaches that infested this hotel stay. These are not guests I would like to take home. I booked for 2 adults, did not know I would have to fight off a swarm of pests. The staff was rude and there was no one to help or assist on site. This experience was sub par at best. Deplorable. When attempting to address this to the staff they laughed and began speaking in their foreign language. It is clear as to why this establishment is failing. Not pleased at all.

I want my damn money back! Like ive had to call and go up there since superbowl weekend they refuse to give me my money back but ima get it, like i didnt even stay but one hour didnt even put my belongings in the room, they whole establishment is infested they need to knock it down! And that manager hung up on me i will be returning to get my funds like they promised

So you get what you pay for, I guess. I was on a 1night trip, so I decided this won't hurt, but was I so wrong. Rooms appear 5 with a closer look, you realize they're dusty, indicative of the fact that they were cleaned long ago. There were noises from other guests that made it challenging to sleep, plus the fact that there were roaches moving about. I had to leave the lights on all night to keep the roaches at bay.

Worst experience ever!! My room had so so many roaches. Small and large crawling everywhere. After i informed the front desk, I was put in a new room. That room was also infested! I couldn’t believe it. This was so nasty. I asked for a manager at the front desk. I was told the manager would not be in till 8am. In the morning, I went back and no mgr. I was told the mgr would now be available at 11am. And of course that time came and went. No help given, nothing resolved. Front desk woman and man both rude and loud Africans. Terrible customer services. And just kept lying so they didn’t have to deal with the situation.

I wish I could give no stars this place is the worst place ever besides the roadway inn down the street. We had to switch rooms 3 times and at that point I was just too tired to keep moving. It stinks, the stairs going upstairs are terrible and are on a slant don’t come here drunk or have a disability because u will probably fall down them. They have roaches, everything is outdated, all the rooms smell like cigarettes, there was a rat humbly chilling in front of the office and I bought it to the ladies attention she shrugged her shoulders and could care less. It was jumping in and out of people’s cars. The ac has mold in it. Please please believe the reviews this place is 🗑️ and I have been trying to get in contact with Rena for my refund for over a week they always say she isn’t there which is a lie. I am going to report this hotel because it should be closed down. Don’t come here
