Came in to exchange a few pairs of shoes I received as Christmas gifts and unfortunately they didn’t have my size in either pair. Shelly was amazing!! she offered me the option to get a different style, but I couldn’t find ones I really liked. Then she helped me order the correct sizes in both original pairs of shoes!!! She wasn’t bothered by my neediness, which I’m very thankful for!! Great experience overall.

I frequently shop at Shoe Dept Encore in Ada, OK and the customer service is ALWAYS great! The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well organized. Keep up the good work guys! See ya'll soon lol.

I went to the shoe dept in ada ok with my grandma and it was so fun. The workers are so nice and funny! I got a bunch of cute shoes and I want to work there with those workers when I get older.

Very clean and organized! Especially considering how much stock they had out. I bought 2 pairs of sandles for the price of one pair typically. Super cute shoes in all sizes and styles. Great clearance room too!
