This apartments have no management,,, specially if you own ELECTRIC CARS the chargers are never available ! Due to regular cars always parking in the stations , if you go to management they just don’t care you have electric car that’s your problem they only care about the rent money that’s all … and why do regular cars park on electric cars station ??????? Why does management never do anything about it !!!! At this point I’m just looking for new apartments

Moved in last month, and I’m actually very surprised how the apartment has been based on the reviews. I feel safe with my car, apartment has no roaches. The only down side is some of the appliances are outdated such as my dryer but maintenance is aware. I don’t plan to use the pool or other amenities because there’s too many kids for my liking, but that’s my personal reason.

Lived here from 2022 to 2023. The apartment was fine. Occasionally there may have been a gunshot or two fired in the area. The main reason for this one star is that the apartment made up bogus charges saying we damaged the cabinets. They took a security deposit of around 2,100 and refused to reimburse us. 'Surprisingly' the costs they charged us equaled the security deposit.

The office is ran very poorly. On our move-in date, I was given the incorrect key to the unit and had to get maintenance to let me in and replace my key. The deep cleaning and repainting of the kitchen cabinets the office management ensured me that would be completed wasn't done until I complained the week of our actual move-in date, two weeks from the time they told us initially. This cleaning should have been done before our lease started. As we've been going through the move-in process, we've accumulated cardboard boxes and have left them outside every week day that recycling should be by our unit to pick them up, but they have been sitting outside our door for 3 weeks now. We called and emailed repeatedly, being told they would "send someone" every time, but the boxes are still there as of this afternoon. It's unfortunate that the office is ran so poorly because the apts themselves are nice with coherent floor plans, and the overall complex itself is well kept with a lot of amenities, but woof, that office staff.

When we moved out early, the manager urged us to NOT cancel our contract, saying it would be cheaper, becuase then she could find new tenants and we wouldn't pay any changes. instead she charged us a relet fee and we had to pay several months of rent while not living there. This evil woman cost us THOUSANDS of dollars by tricking us. I hate this place. Don't move here unless you want to get screwed
