I was here for the first time for a movie premiere and it was great. Both upstairs downstairs and employees were polite and very engaging. Will have to come back on a regular day to watch a movie.

I usually when I visit this location is always dirty like they never clean this theater at all , floors always sticky, trash all do way up , disposable areas always never stock and had to go ask for napkins etc, restroom never clean and smelly , this time we visit again for Despicable me and my surprise was they only want to take cash no cards at all , drinks and service was not good probably I had to drive a couple more minutes and try another location instead.

The staff were all on their phones. They had poor attitudes. The gentleman at the bar was just rude. Everyone one in there had airpods in their ears. All the lights were women's bathroom were barely working. The good..the seats were comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The sound was great! Overall I would probably look for another theater the atmosphere in here was stale.

Worst movie theater ever. Inconvenient location. Not updated, dirty, horrible parking. They don't even have heated seats in the theaters. And I just had to pay $14 for parking to see the worst movie I've ever seen in my life.

First I'll say the good, this theater is beautiful inside and the seats are very comfortable and recline all the way. The screen has a pleasant aesthetic. This is a wonderful theater to see a movie in right in the middle of downtown Fort Worth with ample parking nearby. What wasn't pleasant was the customer service experience. My date initially asked for a kids cup she would pay for since she wanted a little diet Coke but not much. The lady said no I can't. Ok, fair. My date then asked if she paid for a regular drink could she get a kids cup. The lady grabbed a regular sized cup and smacked it on the counter saying she can't do that. I'm a regular at AMC and even have A-List, but it really put a damper on what could've been the perfect theater experience.
