Terrell always gives my wife and I exceptional service. We are in the office and into our rental in a matter of minutes. I will join their reward program once I get a credit card. With debit cards you must leave a deposit of around $250 but it is returned a couple of business days after the vehicle is returned. I sign in through Amazon and on my second rental, Avis sent me a digital Amazon gift card! We also love the vehicles Avis has rented to us for roadtrips. Safe and secure is how we feel driving Avis rentals.

Came to this location about an hour prior to closing and there was a wait, the lines were ringing consistentlyand there was only 2 gentlemen working. Despite all of this William was amazing! Although he talks like the fast talking guy selling cars at an auction 😂😂 I admired his patience and positive attitude. Others can definitely takes notes from him and his customers service.

I've been renting through Uber from the Addison location for about 3 years now. The staff, Eric Terald, William and Kevin have been very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and understanding. They have gone out of their way consistently to accommodate my needs time after time. I truly appreciate these guys, great team. 👍🏿

First I had a nightmare with the electric vehicle I wasn’t comfortable driving. Then WILLIAM made it right and gave an exceptional experience in the end. He turned everything around, now I feel completely relieved and better after a tough time.
