Odd experience. Went for dinner around 5pm on a Wednesday. I was almost the only one in the restaurant. Sat at the bar. An older gentleman who worked there (maybe the owner) was also at the bar. When I walked in, he yelled at somebody in the back to come out to help me. The lady who ended up being my server, told me I could sit at the bar and eat dinner, which was what I wanted to do. The older man didn’t acknowledge me or engage in any conversation whatsoever. The area behind the bar was absolutely filthy. The register had clutter and receipts. Strew everywhere in the drawer was wide open. There were dirty glasses, everywhere, garbage, and clutter all over the place. It was very unappealing. Two other people walked into the restaurant, and this older gentleman got up and was very rude to them. Telling one of the people that they need to learn how to read. And dismissing another individual because he spoke Spanish. Very strange. HOWEVER, my server was wonderful. A very nice lady who was very attentive and gave me suggestions what to eat. I asked about the short rib stuffed ravioli and she said it was delicious. And she was right. The food was absolutely outstanding. So overall mixed feelings. But I would go back in a second for more of that ravioli. 😍

Very nice service, great environment and delicious food! Stuffed pasta is one of the best things to order here, simply spectacular. I’ll come back for some more tortellini with Gorgonzola cheese sauce and minestrone soup!

If you want great Italian food with a nice environment, friendly staff, and a good price, this is the place. The owner is a nice guy who has been operating this place for two decades and has earned the regulars who keep coming back for more. This is delicious, healthy, natural food, the way it was intended. The well-rounded menu has something for everyone. Perfect for lunch. Perfect for dinner. Perfect for take-out.

Christine, the server was on point when I say the best meal I’ve had in a while. You can tell she was an old-school granny who was doing her thing. I never had to ask for a refill or anything. Now the food!!!! I almost asked where Joe was. I felt like I was served a fresh home cooked meal meant for a family at dinner time. We ordered the Cheese Ravioli, Seafood Canneloni, Crab Cake, Shrimp Alfredo, Short rib ravioli, and salad with house-made dressing. We will take that drive from Frisco again for the fantastic service and excellent food.

This is a true mom & pop sort of Italian joint. Very tasty and fresh pasta, definitely homemade. Menu likely hasn’t changed since they opened 20 years ago, so nothing healthy in sight. Bread on the side is fresh and pretty good. Eggplant parmigiana was delicious. Side salad wasn’t special, but blue cheese crumbles were nice. I found it distracting to have to listen to both the overhead music and the bar TV simultaneously. Closed captioning, anyone? The place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and paint job. Tablecloth was filthy and the floors obviously hadn’t been swept lately. Would still go back, though. Super friendly waitress, too.
